- High Performance CPU: The CM3588 is a high performance ARM module. It is based on Rockchip’s RK3588 SoC. The regular version has 4/8/16GB LPDDR4x (up to 2133MHz) or 32GB LPDDR5 RAM (up to 2400MHz), 0GB/64GB/256GB eMMC Flash(optional), at HS400 mode. The CM3588 have four 100-pin connectors, exposing nearly all IO resources. MicroSD interface, support up to SDR104 mode.
- Rockchip RK3588 SoC: CM3588 NAS CPU Board onboard Quad-core ARM Cortex-A76( up to 2.4GHz) and quad-core Cortex-A55 CPU (up to 1.8GHz) CPU, 6TOPs NPU, supports INT4/INT8/INT16/FP16. Onboard Mali-G610 MP4 GPU, compatible with OpenGLES 1.1, 2.0, and 3.2, OpenCL up to 2.2 and Vulkan1.2. CM3588 Carrier Board onboard PCIe 2.5G ethernet controller (RTL8125B).
- 8K Video Decoding and Encoding: The CM3588 NAS computing module cpu board onboard VPU, support 8K@60fps H.265 and VP9 decoder, 8K@30fps H.264 decoder, 4K@60fps AV1 decoder, 8K@30fps H.264 and H.265 encoder，it can decode and play videos in formats such as up to 8K60p H.265/VP9 and 8K30p H.264, with the ability to record 4K60p H.265 videos.
- Rich Peripheral Interface: The CM3588 NAS Kit carrier board boasts a variety of peripherals and expansion interfaces. It can connect to a carrier borad supporting 4X NVMe high-speed solid-state drives with read/write speeds of up to 1GB/s. Additionally, it includes dual HDMI-Out display interfaces, 1x HDMI-In interface, 2x USB3.0 ports, 1x USB2.0 port, 1x 2.5G Ethernet interface, and more.
- Various Operating Systems: The CM3588 NAS Kit supports the OpenMediaVault NAS system, and including Android, Ubuntu, Debian, Buildroot and OpenWrt. It has well established software support.
