Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Biomorph Lifesciences Pvt. Ltd. We request all our associates and clients to kindly go through the following terms before initiating any business transaction with us:

Product Pricing & Taxation

• All prices mentioned are exclusive of GST/VAT/CST. 
• Product rates are based on our Chandigarh head office. 
• Prices are subject to change as per market trends. We aim to keep our clients informed about any rate or MRP revision in advance. 

Orders & Payments

• Minimum monthly purchase target for monopoly rights in a district is ₹1,00,000/-. 
• Advance payment is mandatory for order processing. Invoices will be issued only after payment confirmation. 
• Orders are dispatched within 7 working days from receipt of payment in our bank account. 
• In case of product shortage, pending items will be supplied at the earliest possible. 

Dispatch & Delivery

• All goods are dispatched through bank-approved transport on To-Pay/DOD basis only. 
• If applicable, a Road Permit Form (Form ‘C’ or equivalent) must be submitted with the first order. Additional 3–4 permits should be provided in advance to avoid delays. 

Monopoly & Distribution Rights

• Monopoly rights will be offered after 3 months of successful performance and achievement of targets. 
• A written agreement will be signed for monopoly rights after review. 

General Terms

• No claims for expiry or breakage will be accepted once goods are dispatched. 
• Promotional material such as Visual-Aid Folder, MR Bag, Order Book, and Sample Catch Covers (200 units) will be provided free with the first order of ₹30,000/- or above. 
• Additional promotional items (pens, product cards, stickers, etc.) will be supplied annually (200 units) to boost your sales. 
• Extra promotional demand will be chargeable at actual cost. 
• Incentives will be considered on achieving an annual target of ₹6,00,000/- per district (applicable only on advance paid invoices). 

Jurisdiction

• All legal matters and disputes shall be subject to Chandigarh jurisdiction only.
